In her work, she combines different sales areas – from customer relationship management, through goal-management, to the training of interpersonal and managerial skills. She deals with the staff development – leads AC/DC projects, creates evaluation systems and career paths, and Talent Management Systems. Marta is also engaged in complex recruitment projects across the country and organizes various trainings and workshops. Psychology and working with people are her passion and she is interested in intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Customers appreciate her innovativeness, optimism, and effectiveness. Privately, she loves exotic travels and is a gourmet of high-quality coffee.
